Our approach is guided by our core philosophy and values. We believe that everyday foods are elixirs of life and can form the building blocks of great health, great fitness and strong immunity. This is based on the principles of naturopathy. Hence our approach uses no medicines, no weight loss or fat loss products, no drugs and no artificial foods. As long as we stay within the perimeter of these foods we believe no harm can be caused with our approach. We also include detox ideas and organic foods to help with cleansing and detox of the body as part of our programs. This approach ensures that the body rejuvenates and moves towards its original form through a reduction of toxins that have been accumulated as a result of the use of chemicals and pesticides in foods, use of drugs and medicines and exposure to toxins in the environment due to use of cosmetics and cleaning products.

We place tremendous emphasis on imparting awareness on wellness and nutrition as part of all our programs so we don't blindly make suggestions. We have a specific logic and reason for every little thing that we do and why we do it. This approach is fuelled by our passion to utilize the latest knowledge in wellness, nutrition and fitness. Our ultimate goal is to arm the individual with tremendous awareness so that they don't need to ever rely on doctors or medicines for their daily wellbeing. They take complete charge of their health and fitness.

We use rigorous mathematical modelling to come up with the right food combination unique to every transformation. With this approach we don't do any hand waving and we are able to quantify and deliver accurate results.

We believe in supporting good causes by contributing 51% of all our proceeds towards programs that are either involved in strengthening the spirits of individuals or supporting the lives of individuals who are struggling financially or going through health issues or supporting sustainable living solutions to enhance our basic resource inputs in our lives. The idea is to build them into spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically strong individuals who can be positive contributors to society and others well being.
