How I lost my post pregnancy weight while breastfeeding my infant!

I was always a slim girl wearing XS/S size garments. During the last year due to pregnancy I reached 75 kgs from 49 kgs. I was not so worried about it because I was sure that I would regain my size after delivery and kept my all favourite dresses to wear later. But after delivery (August ’16) I did not reduce much. First 2-3 months I lost 10 kgs as pregnancy weight but it stopped reducing after I reached 60 kgs. I was worried to do diet control as I was in breast feeding.

I started exercising. But when I checked my weight it had increased to 61 kgs. I was very upset and stopped going outside or attending any functions.
