Exercise vs Weight loss

It is common knowledge that if we want to lose weight we should exercise more…right? Wrong! At least in my case!

I have been doing CrossFit and Yoga for 12 months (yes, a year!) and I did not even lose a single kg of weight (I weighed 106.7 kgs and my height is 5’10”). This was my story when I approached Mayur from Transformation della Vita through a reference.

I was worried! I thought that something was seriously wrong with me because despite all those heavy exercises, no results were showing. Mayur approached my problem very methodically, even though he exactly knew why I wasn’t losing weight. “Exercise does little to effect weight loss. It is good for building and toning muscles. The key to weight loss is the right diet”.

His approach is very scientific and post a 62-parameter blood test, he designed a diet for me (based on the foods that I like) which not only helped me lose 11 kgs of weight in 5 weeks but also corrected/reversed many of my "out of the range" blood parameters (including high cholesterol and uric acid) and fixed mineral and vitamin deficiencies.

Also, I should mention here that a few of my blood parameters actually required me NOT to do vigorous exercise. I lost 11 kgs WITHOUT any vigorous exercise and ONLY through DIET.

My journey isn’t over yet. In order to reach my ideal weight, I still have to lose a many more kilos. I would highly recommend Mayur’s expertise in this area and his wellness program. He is available to advice on the right transformation for you. I can’t thank Mayur and Transformation della Vita enough!
