How I lost my baby fat after pregnancy!

It was definitely an eye opener to see how diet alone could help my husband with his triglycerides count. He had been on medication for more than 6 years and something which looked like a forever affair was being tackled with foods so easily. This was when I made up my mind to try out a diet for myself too. In my case it was more for loosing the extra kgs gained due to pregnancy. However I tried, I wasn’t loosing after my second child. I contacted Mayur from Transformation della Vita and he came up with a customized diet plan based on my likes and dislikes. I immediately set out to be the best student. I followed the plan exactly to the point and could see tremendous results in a short span of 2 weeks. Week after week sharing the results with Mayur, became a routine and I would wait for his good comments and compliments.
