How my nutrient deficiencies began to reverse!

Over last 8 years, I had put on almost 26 extra kilos. It started disturbing me when all efforts put in to lose weight were in vain. In the meanwhile, my husband, Abhiroop got Mayur's reference and started dieting under his able guidance. Seeing his fat loss results, I got the direction and decided to give it a try.

When I spoke to Mayur from Transformation della Vita for the 1st time, I could make out that I was in right hands. After close to 10 kilo of weight loss, I was advised to do the Vitamin D and Calcium tests which were out of range initially and to my surprise the reverse effect had already started and Calcium had moved to being within the normal range. With the diet, I feel much healthy, happy and satisfied. The craving for junk has gone out of my system completely. I can now fit in my old clothes which were almost discarded by me 5 years back. Still a long way to go in the journey of weight loss....but as the saying goes "well beginning is half done....".
