My fitness journey started with Transformation della Vita when I was feeling bloated and not really happy with how my body was behaving. I was consistent in eating pizzas every Saturday, not only because I loved it but also because I never thought the bad effect it could have. I wanted to adopt a healthy lifestyle but was not getting any motivation. One of my friends recommended connecting with Mayur from Transformation della Vita because I wanted someone who could push me. I have seen a gradual shift in my food habits. We started with a complete body health check up and my wellness plan was curated to address the issues that I had along with targeting weight loss.


I have achieved the desired weight and have actually seen my body parameters come under control. There were times when I would think of eating the usual unhealthy food but the motivation needed to stop myself was always given. It was a long journey but what I have achieved is something I will always keep with me. I am further taking the maintenance plan to understand the balance I should be making in my food and lifestyle. Also I feel for individuals who are too busy- take a pause and understand how your lifestyle and diet choices can help you live better.
